    Rented a duplex from these guys. When I moved in, I pointed out and documented the things that needed fixed. They never fixed them. I moved in during the winter. When spring came, a bunch of bugs started out of the drain in the basement. They refused to send an exterminator. After I moved out, they took the money for the above mentioned repairs out of my security deposit and charged me for an exterminator. I have contacted the BBB and every realtor association they fall under. Avoid at all costs. Ran by con artists.

    So nice to know that there is a $2.00 charge if you call, and ask about what's in your account or a pending deposit! So lovely that they are doing this. They never get a break for lunch or anything else smh. It's sad because next probably get charged using online banking which doesn't offer any info other than what's in your account. No pending deposits!
