  Incredibly expensive for a Wooster rental option. You pay for water, trash collection and washer and dryer are not included. You will pay $400+ more to live here. Compare other rental properties before considering this place.

  Good luck trying to break lease - what a nightmare! Management is very rude, unprofessional and threatening. It only earned a second star because it is pet-friendly.

  I tend to stay away from reviews. But when I read people complaining for dumb reasons I felt compelled to write something. The manager Tina is great, as it may be pricey but for those complaining on that you know what it costs up front. You have either accepted it to live there or you move on simple. No other place allows 3 animals for 30 extra per month for all 3. The maintenance staff has been spot on with repairs when ever I have requested one. It's very quiet and for that I will pay. Go to the other places that have 2 and 3 floors and let me know how that noise works out for you. Or how much extra your rent will be for that one car garage across your lot you walk through the rain and slush to get to your apartment. If you even have a garage option. I looked at many of those and rest assured they aren't great for 400 a month less. It does lack eminities like a pool and gym etc. But the counter to that is a quiet place with a decent staff who listens to you and does what it can to help you. Now, if your an ass then you deserve to be treated as one back. More bees with honey than vinegar. Just remember to those complaining about rent. They hold your deposit for a couple days before cashing out in case you do change your mind. All of your fees are explained to you upfront and on paper. If you sign anything in life with out fully understanding it you get what one deserves.
