- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rented a duplex from these guys. When I moved in, I pointed out and documented the things that needed fixed. They never fixed them. I moved in during the winter. When spring came, a bunch of bugs started out of the drain in the basement. They refused to send an exterminator. After I moved out, they took the money for the above mentioned repairs out of my security deposit and charged me for an exterminator. I have contacted the BBB and every realtor association they fall under. Avoid at all costs. Ran by con artists.By Gamecon 99, December 24, 2017
